I recently stayed at a guest house in a quiet area, just a short walk away from bars, restaurants, and the beach. The location was perfect, with amazing views from the apartment. The hotel provided everything we needed for our stay, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the shared terrace with its beautiful view, where we could have breakfast or simply relax.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The owners are nice and helpfull people with good english. The guest house is far from Old Town and sights. This place is good for couples who is looking quiet country life not far from the beach and market

Nice place and good value. Very friendly, social and helpfull family runs this guesthouse. The room was good, basic but clean, as on the pictures. The room had airconditioning, a fridge, a private bathroom and a nice balcony with nice flowers and a great view. There was also a small shared kitchen, which was handy as we could make ourselves breakfast and enjoy it on our balcony. The location was also great. We could park our car on the street only 1 min. walk away. Also walking distance was the promenade with: -busstop for the bus to the old town -restaurants and bars -supermarket -tourist info -beach

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location up the hill offered stunning views of the city and its harbor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved having access to the shared terrace where I could enjoy breakfast while taking in the beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers.

Had noise disturbance during our second night from apartment above, also there are quite a lot of steps down to the shops/restaurants/beach, other than that everything else good.

On top of the hill in Lapad just outside the city center, this guesthouse offers an amazing view over the harbor just as shown in the main displayed picture. It's conveniently located near bus stops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The large deck with flowers provides a lovely outdoor space to unwind and enjoy the view. The owners are friendly and accommodating, even allowing guests to store their bags after check-out and providing a ride to the bus station. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen allows for easy meal preparation.

Payment needed to be made in cash, which was not mentioned until payment was due.

A very welcoming place and a very nice and attentive host. We really enjoyed the view on the sea, the terrace (perfect place for a good breakfast !), the fact that the guesthouse was not far from the beach, from restaurants and from the bus station to go to the old town. The appartment itself was very clean and confortable and we recommend it warmly to people who wish to spend a nice time in Dubrovnik.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely the amazing shared terrace. With its beautiful view, it's the perfect spot to have a delicious breakfast or simply relax. The location of the hotel, up the hill, provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still conveniently close to lively streets and the waterfront.

No complaints, everything was just fine.

OMG I do not know where to start: firstly, the guest house is located in the very heart of Lapad and most of the beaches and island trips are accessible in a walking distance. Secondly, the owner (Nikola and his family) is an amazing person who will help you any time you need. Thirdly, with a friendly atmosphere you will feel like at home. Highly recommended! Absolutely fantastic view over the mountains, the harbour with a sea view. Great location because of the calm and the beach was close, and still excellent bus connections to the old town. Very friendly owners! Thank you. We recommend warmly!

The bed was too small for my boyfriend who is 185 cm tall but the owner said he is about to change the beds. As a small improvement: we would have liked to have WiFi.

The view from the balcony on the 3rd floor was wonderful. There was WI-FI in the apartment. And it was good that the owner of the apartment lived on the first floor, so if we had any problem we asked him. The apartment was near from the beach and the bus station. There was gas-electrical stove, old fridge and old air-conditioner in the apartment. Mr. Nikola Misita - the owner helped us with the luggage, gave us map, showed us the addresses those we need, also he drove us to the airport for the cheaper price than the taxi.

There were a lot of stairs on the way to the hotel, so it was hard to climb them. Also the fridge and the air-conditioner was old and needed to renew. The bathroom was little and there were some problems with the hot water. Opposite the balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor there was the other apartment and the neighbors were sitting on the balcony opposite us, so it was not very good.
